The navigation team combines the latest research in path & motion planning and perception technology and aim to develop the brains of our robots allowing them to make best-calculated mobility decisions in highly unstructured and dynamic environments.
The perception team acts like senses of the robot helping it to understand and gather as much visual & non-visual information as possible from its surroundings so that it can take highly accurate and decisive system navigation decisions in the most challenging of times.
The final piece in the puzzle is to produce the real-world outcomes from our algorithms, this where the hardware team comes in, we help out in setting up the sensors, the user interfaces for our operators to control the robots and act as the link between the software and electrical subsystems
